CodeRED Community Notification Service

The Town of Lake Clarke Shores has contracted with Emergency Communications Network, Inc., of Ormond Beach, Florida, for its “CodeRED” high-speed telephone emergency notification services.
CodeRED is another vitally important service for our residents and another way your Lake Clarke Shores’ Officials are seeking to improve public communication and reach out to residents.

Permits and Licenses

Various permits, licenses, decals and pass keys are required for residents to use the boat ramp and tennis courts; to hold garage/capital outdoor sales; to operate a business within town limits and for new construction, remodel or repairs to your home or property. Check the fee schedule for costs associated with these items. Please contact the Town Hall for additional information, if needed.

The Town of Lake Clarke Shores owns and operates water and wastewater facilities both in Town and outside the limits of the Town. Within the Town limits, we provide water services to about 700 homes and businesses. Unfortunately, we do not provide water to all of the Town’s residents, water is also provided by Palm Beach County and Palm Springs.
