The Deputy Town Clerk is responsible for performing the duties of the Town Clerk in the event of her absence. The Deputy Town Clerk provides administrative support to the Town Clerk, Town Administrator, and the Town Council. The Deputy Clerk also coordinates record retention under the purview of the Town Clerk. The Deputy Town Clerk oversees human resources and is the point of contact and recording clerk for safety meetings, and serves as contract coordinator and grant coordinator for various community grants. The Deputy Town Clerk also updates and maintains the Town's website and social media channels.
