Flood Maps and Elevation Certificates

The Town has Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) available for review at the Town Hall. This map shows the flood zone designation for properties located within the Town limits. Town staff is available to answer your questions concerning flood zones, special flood hazard areas and other flood information.  Various flood protection pamphlets are also available at the Town Hall. You are welcome to come in and ask for copies of these items.

Copies of elevation certificates that have been submitted to the Town since 1994 can also be obtained from the Building Department at Town Hall. For additional information go to
 FLOOD MAP INFORMATION

Please note that the FEMA elevation certificates have changed.  As of April 1, 2010, only FEMA Form 81-31 dated March 09 will be accepted.
