Government Activities:  Elected to Town Council in 1989 and has served as Mayor, Vice Mayor, President Pro Tem, and Council Member.  Retired Colonel, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. “National Security Management” course, Industrial College of the Armed Forces.  Instructor, ROTC, Florida State University. 


Community Activities:  Past Chairman of the Palm Beach County March of Dimes Tennis Tournaments and Chairman of the Lake Clarke Shores Flag Display.


Personal:  2nd of 4 generations born and raised in West Palm Beach.  Raised his family beginning in 1957 on Pine Tree Lane where he still resides.  Married with 3 children, 8 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren. Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Military Engineering; U.S. Military Academy – West Point.  Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with Honors – University of Florida.


Professional Experience:   Pratt Whitney Aircraft as a Project Engineer for the design and construction of jet and rocket engine test stands (30 years).  Architectural Committee - Episcopal Diocese of South Florida.  Microcraft Engineering and Boet American Company – Aerospace Contractors.  Registered Professional Engineer, P.E., State of Florida - Retired.
