The Code Enforcement Board meets the fourth Wednesday of every month at 6:30 pm to hear code violation cases brought by the Code Enforcement Officer. A hearing consists of the charges being read, and the defendant speaking on his/her behalf. The case then goes into executive session, and a verdict is given.
