The Town of Lake Clarke Shores is comprised of the following flood zones: AH, B or C – depending on the location of the property. The Town has, in the past, experienced localized flooding during periods of heavy or extended rainfall. The following canals pass through or border our town: Lake Worth Drainage District L-7, L-8, L-9, L-10 and E-4 canals, South Florida Water Management District C-51 Canal, and the Town of Lake Clarke Shores WL, WS, F, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 canals. Lake Clarke and Mango Lake are also within the Town limits. 
 

The Town has Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) available for review at the Town Hall. Town staff is available to answer your questions concerning flood zones, special flood hazard areas and other flood information.  Various flood protection pamphlets are also available at the Town Hall.
